How this site works

esimtable compares 241,322 eSIM plans from 40 providers across 234 countries. No commission, no paid placement, no accounts. Just a ranked comparison, rebuilt from scratch every day.

How the "pick" is calculated

Every plan is ranked by price per gigabyte for fixed-data plans, or price per day for unlimited plans. Those are the two numbers that actually determine whether a plan is a good deal, independent of how a provider chooses to advertise it. The "pick" on each country page is simply the lowest $/GB (or $/day) plan that actually covers that country, computed fresh from the live catalog on every page.

Where the data comes from

Pricing is sourced from published provider data and refreshed on a rolling daily schedule. Every plan in the catalog gets re-checked on a cycle of a few days, so prices can lag a live change by that long at most. Each country page states when it was last rebuilt.

Why "$0 commission, ever"

esimtable doesn't sell placement, take a cut of any sale, or accept payment to rank a provider higher. That means a provider showing up as the cheapest plan for a country is a fact about the data, not a paid outcome. The tradeoff: there's no revenue lever to fund manual research, so the whole pipeline (scraping, ranking, page generation, indexing) runs autonomously rather than through an editorial team.

What we don't do

We don't run speed tests or verify real-world coverage ourselves. The comparison is price and plan terms as published, not a lived-experience review. If a provider's actual service quality matters more to you than price, treat this as a shortlist to start from, not the final word.
